A nature walk named 'Nature and Human in the Context of Economics' was held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, with the participation of Muş Alparslan University, Social Sciences Vocational School Accounting and Tax Department and Finance, Banking and Insurance Department Faculty Members and students.
The round trip from Soğucak (Mongok) Village in Muş Center to Haspet Castle, which is approximately 5 km, was walked in 1.5 hours. At the end of the journey, participants were informed about the history of Haspet Castle; In addition, the relationship between nature and humans was discussed in the context of economics, which is the main theme of our event. In this context, our students were pointed out the projections in nature of concepts such as savings, efficiency, specialization, labor distribution, labor-value, which are among the basic concepts of the economic discipline.
At the end of our nature walk, the garbage in Haspet Castle and its surroundings was collected with environmental awareness, and our activity with the students was completed with an ecological experience.
