As the Accounting and Tax Department, within the scope of 'Stakeholder Meetings', department professors Lecturer. See. Dr. Cihan ALPTEKİN, Lecturer. See. Dr. Taha TAŞTAN and Lecturer. See. A meeting was held with the participation of Celaleddin ERTEN, Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor Ömer Faruk ÖZMEN and Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor Betül Sümeyra ÖZMEN on 14.11.2024. At the meeting, Financial Advisors expressed their opinions and suggestions regarding the future of the accounting profession. They also stated that it would be more appropriate to include courses on practical applications in the program curriculum so that university students studying in the accounting department can better understand the accounting profession.
